How to know if the CD-key and last name are real?

I bought an account and would like to confirm that this information is correct. What is the most practical way to do it?

i dont understand what you mean by if they are 'REAL?' ..
but practically you cant know for sure if the seller is the real owner except if u make him identify hisself by sending you a copy of his ID or Passporte.

For the last name i think that u gotta try to transfer it to another account...
Put the last name he gave on the other account... Im not shure...
As for CD keys, u can go to retrieval page and put in some like "fdasfas" mail, and for cd keys type in what he gave you, than click continue and an error will pop up saying "Wrong email" and by the cd key there won't be anything...
