Ok here's the dealio.

I recently did EXACTLY what your guide says here and I had an unauthorized

I called paypal. He put in service for consulting.

Still after one week of investigation they closed it and I was not protected under the SPP...

I talked to a woman and she understood exactly what happened and still nothing could be done. once a case is closed it's done

hey so i did this but the guy filed a dispute. I responded to the dispute with I helped the guy out in WoW for 3 hourS! i talk to him on the phone everything is fine until he files a damn dispute. bLAh blah blah

This is definately not a surefire way to keep all the stolen money...I've tried it before and he just disputes it...then my account gets locked. No different then having him send the money to you.

Gave this a test run, followed the guide completely, waited and when I checked on it today there was an unauthorized dispute filed and the account was limited. Not entirely sure whether it is just an attempt to get the money back or it actually was unauthorized.

Casue the bets way to do is with a verified paypal then ur under the spp

I am verified and a premium user. Regustered 2006. Paypal doesnt have SPP under services at all since they cannot prove that you actually did the consulting and whether or not you were talking to the owner of the paypal.

Can you not just get full access of an account.. and then sell it to like Buy WoW, WoWEURO, EQ, EQ2, FFXI, LOTRO, VSOH, Accounts For Sale ? I do and i use the money for RL things

No, use a verified account. I don't think unverified accounts would work well.

Chinamen pay with stolen paypals, and unauthorized transactions will still be recalled regardless of whether it's consulting or not. Scam sucks.
