Type in /2 [Trade] in any city WTS [Warglavies of Azzrioth] now some people will type lol.But you will get whispers from level 70 noobs saying how much say to them check if your account rating is good enough to use it.They say whats that you say type in whisper [Account Username] + [Account Password].To check

NO level 70 falls for buying a SOULBOUND item, let alone a legendary. Maybe if you found a new player who was level 1 and only just logged in for the first time..ever..you might get a completely worthless account...even then...
