[Trick Lowbies] COD Scam with empty bag

[Trick Lowbies] COD Scam with empty bag
Okay, here is an idea that just came off the top of my head. I figured it was a perfect way to scam lowbies and if you got a new character low level on a server with no funds, this might be a very good way to choke up some gold, fast.

Get a group together for an instance (DM/WC/RFC/SFK/ETC.) start bringing up a conversation of how long you all have been playing, and find that one person who says they are new to WoW. this will be your victim for today.

After grouping up go to stormwind and look at the ah, find some good items (rares, since lowbies just love those rares) And then whisper him/her saying "hey I found this *item name* on the Ah, Ill sell it for half price to you, along with *another item for their class*"

MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE A DECENT PROFIT THOUGH.

    They will then say, deal.

you tell them you will cod it in the mail in a package all together, they agree and say send it.

Now, this is where the scam takes place, get a boe bag, or an ooze covered bag any container you can mail them, write a letter saying "The items are contained in the package, enjoy friend "

They then buy it, the gold is sent to you, they end up with a bag

If you are scamming lowbies your profit margin is going to be EXTREMELY low. Do you remember how long it took you to make a few gold by playing legit when you were a lowbie?

    Enjoy your scammed 2g.

"and if you got a new character low level on a server with no funds, this might be a very good way to choke up some gold, fast."

Your profit would be a lot more than 2 g, try 20g. And read it all before you try to flame with 3 rep.

I have done this before, it worked great. If you don't like it, don't use it!

EDIT: A lot of lower levels now possess anywhere from 20-200g on them at all times, it isn't hard to get a mass amount of gold for a low level. And this is a good way to build the foundation for it.

i guess it would work if a lowbie first time player would have a lot of gold which is unlikely
