I wouldn't recommend this. 9 times out of 10, if the person is asking for your forum name, they are also going to next ask you to post in their thread to confirm that it's really you.
Don`t know if this is a repost or not..( i don`t rlly care :P )
I just thought of a way to improve your account scamming by a small but yet noticable rate. It might also reduce the chance of being banned from forums like markeedragon.com
So what do you do?
There's some people that post their msn on their thread. Those are the accounts you are going to target. Most of the times that I've tried to scam such an account, they've asked me for my forum name. Noob as I was, I gave them my real one.
Later I realized that that was so unnecssary, they searched for my account and found: 3 posts, no successfull trades. So why don't you, before you start chatting, find a trustworthy account. Preferably a person who is online, and if your victim asks for your forumname, just tell him/her that one instead.
If the person is not online, your victim might ask you to login on markee or whatever site you use, to prove that you doesn't fake.
How will this help you?
You will seem like a trustworthy person, and the victim will be more willing to trade.
If you fail, all the blame is on the other guy.
Note. You should probably not use the same msn adress as the email you registered on markee/wowtrade with, as if the admins checks it they might(I dont know, im just taking it cautiously) find out it was you.
Before you flame, I know for some people, this is common sense, but to some people it isn't. Sometimes you got to state what YOU think is obvious, for the people who dont think
