Well.. a nice idea, but better get a card writer for $300 then buy some cc dumps and go shop for like $10k a week.

What exactly is a card writer?

Wondering how I could apply this to stolen paypal accounts. In the past I have just used stolen paypals to buy wow accounts and then resell them. If I buy a simon card with a stolen paypal can paypal do a charge back that would essentialy make the simon card invalid?

simon card will not go invalid, from my own experience.

my answer to the person calling in to redispute is, as i said in the scam, you will act like you are trusting them by giving them the email.. you could also go as far as to give them a fake sqa. once they undispute it, tell them you have to run but you PROMISE you will be back right at 1 tomorow to give them the rest. if they decide to wait to call it in till after you don't show up at 1, or whatever, too bad for them.. the money is already spent and you have your card in the mail.

they shouldnt since it is already spent, it has worked for me. do buy the goods quickly though.

+Rep from me man, this is an awesome post, gonna try this later...Also, couldnt you just use a proxy like TOR instead of going all the way to an internet cafe, and turn it off when you do the steps that you say to do at home? haha..that seems a bit easier

It seams that the simon virtual account no longer supports paypal.. you need to get a prepaid cc and link that to your paypal account, then use that to buy the simon card and dispose of the card afterwards. I am not sure on how to do this but I am researching now, once I find out how I will add it to the guide.

I'm quite sure the can still dispute for unauthorized...
and...they can PROBABLY contact paypal with the chat logs to get their money back...
