[Scam] Using Western Union...

If this is a repost i'm sorry, don't flame.

Brief Explanation: My idea here is to have the person allow you access into there account, while there is a intentional way in which you will recieve the first and last name (if this person is the legit creator).

Requirements:
* Swiftness
* Communication Skills
* Knowledge with Western Union
* Battlechest (Burning Crusade + Normal WoW Keys)
* Gamecard
* Credit Card or someone with one (willing to transfer you a toon.)

Steps:

So basically, this was a idea that came to mind after reading a scammed victim.

1. Find your victim and go through the conversation. Note, this person MUST be selling a account or it will not work.
2. Now, ask them the payment method they would prefer, if they say Paypal say you don't do Paypal and prefer Western Union.

{ Two things can happen here;
A. He will say I dont do Western Union sorry, if this happens block, delete and move on.
B. He will say okay, I have an account there.
C. He will say I don't have a Western Union account but am willing to make one.

Followup:

For B: Say okay I will send the payment first, say you'd like his First and Last name, Date of Birth, and Occupation. He will most likely send it, now with that first and last name check if it correctly matches up with the first and last name on the account. If so you should know how to transfer it onto a new toon

For C: Ask him to create a Western Union and wait for the completion of it. Note you will want more of C, he will know less of Western Union and there will be a higher chance that he will do it. If so follow B with the required information.}

3. Now that you have his first and last name, ask him for access to the account to verify the toons even exist. This is striking time ladies and gentlemen. If the info matches in account management, with your CD keys and gamecard create a new account but make sure the Last Name on the account is the same as he gave you.
Once that is complete, transfer the toon, ban the account, yay for you.

- If the account information doesn't match say before you pay you'd like to know if he is the orginal owner. If he isn't (which he's not most likely) say you would like to know the creator of the accounts name for your own safety. He eathier does it or not, its based off luck. If he does follow the step above and transfer his toon, and ban the account.

Tips:

If your wondering how would I ever get the time to pull this off? Say to him "Can I do a match of WSG to test the DPS and such" He shouldn't have a problem with it and simply say, sure you can. WSG battles can last for up to 30 minutes and higher. I'm sure he will know this, if he gets suspicous say your still in WSG and the Horde or Alliance depending on his faction is holding the flag nicely.

Don't use broken grammar, this can always ruin a trade.

Be willing to do everything first, it makes the seller more "willing" to do stuff.

Be polite, say thank you, sorry and such.

Don't rush, anyone who rushes is a fool, when he is creating his account and such tell him "Take your time its fine.".

If he refuses to let you do WSG, tell him you'll be right back, your going to eat dinner (I don't highly reccomend this as in most trades this is what most people attempt to say so it becomes quite obvious".

If he fails to respond dont go crazy and be like "YO YOU THERE? HELLO?" it makes him think your in a rush which can lead to a suspicious thought and no account for you, or if he fails to respond you've done something wrong and he has flagged you unsecure. Move on.

Nice post, as I've had quite a few people ask for Western Union and had no idea how to pull that off, so this helps. One question though, how would you get the SQA for this method? Doesn't Blizzard require that for both accounts that the character transfer effects?

No, they just require the Secret Answer on the new account, not the old.

Well I'm not sure, but preview time I did this kind of scam (It was a noob thought) he needed to click a link on the e-mail of the ORIGINAL account. The naab clicked it thought :P But still, are you very sure they don't have to click anything, otherwise this can easily just cost you alot of money
