I just scammed an account its a hunter with full s3 and an s4 weapon very nice account, I got all the info too even the secret question and everything, what do I need to change to make sure the account never gets recalled

This should be in scams help...
- Transfer characters from scammed account to new account, make sure the new account has the same last name as the original one
- Ban the old scammed account
For the price of around 65 dollars enjoy your geared 70 that would have costed you way more.

so theres no way to ensure 100% that an account will not be recalled, even for example if you bought the account of someone could they still some how recall it?

Yes they could still recall even if you buy. But they wont, just make sure to get home nr, adress , all that shit and they wont dear. ^^
