i personally have done cc fraud for gold and resold the gold. its easy and if u follow this dude guide your safe from detection. and for the paypal part. go make a fake paypal, and enter that in as the email BUT just click continue and fill out the CC info ( that i assume you shoulld have) *first n last name, addy , phone, ccv num. cc num. zip, state, city*

AND DONT buy more then 3k at a time . wait for the first shipment to get to your toon then make A NEW account on the targeted site and start over again. Flawless.
