Sites other then Markee Dragon

We all know how markee dragon is flooded with scammers, I've tryed to find some other places that maybe aren't as bad or easier to scam. Well I've done some looking around for some other scam sites, so some of these may not be that good but I tryed. Some of the sites people try to sell there characters like through the site (kinda like toonstorm), but im sure you could contact then threw email and set them up through aim.
