Setting up a Canadian Paypal

Hey guys I'm new to the site and want to get out of leecher status. I can't use the search function but I haven't been able to find a scam guide to setting up a Canadian Paypal account to scam on. I was wondering if someone can post some steps to setting an account up with a good proxy that works against paypal. I plan on using http://www.fakenamegenerator.com to create my Canadian paypal info. Any info would be great thanks a lot!

Hello mate. Just go to www.paypal.com and go to Sign up, choese Canda as your Country and find a Canadian zip code on google. Use fake email also. Paypal havent called me yet, or even tracked me, and ive scammed alot of ppl without using any proxy or IPhider

You dont use an proxy? Thats pretty sweet I'll prob throw one up anyway. I guess I was really wondering if I need to purchase a Visa giftcard to be able to send money off the account. I read a couple of people doing that.
