Scammed account and he locked with Parental controls! Help!

I scammed a very nice alliance hunter full epic and 30k Honor.

The only problem was he told me the wrong last name on the account, and when I didn't fork over the money he turned on the Parental Controls to "All Red" meaning I can never play the account. Also, I cannot change the email on the account because I don't have access to his email or his last name.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

try using the pw he gave for account for email pw sometimes that works other then that i think your out of luck dude

Id Google her/hes username or character name(s) you never know what you can find
Or search local post office page and put in hes/her address might give you full name

Good idea. Also, Google his email address or Send an email asking a basic question, You will get his last name in the email reply.
