If you do this right, they will send you the answers to these. Now you have the full name on the account, the username and password, and the secret question/answer. It might be good to log onto the account management page and copy down the address on the account so you can later call up Blizzard and use all the info you got from the scammee. Also, if there is a Credit Card, copy the last 4 digits.
