Actually you don't even need the ID form notarized. Nor do you need to send it in, just call blizz, give them your info, change e-mail, change password, and he has it back in his hands. Trance just has to xfer that char over to a new account and ban the old one (and HOPE that it doesn't ban his new account with the xfered character) before the guy recalls his account.

Sent an e-mail to him that clearly states that the account is perma banned and if he tries recalling the account he may get IP banned, it's on my first post, read it over and tell me if it looks legit or not, I think it does, but I wonder about him.
