New Scam Idea!

Hi guys!
This morning i was thinking about the official World of Warcraft that will come (At least i think it will).
I have heard alot of news about it in some gaming magazines so it will probaly come.
Anyway, now to the whole idea:

I have been looking at the WotLK scam sites and this is like the same idea but with another "twist" on it.
So it will be a site with some text about the movie and it stands that "You can have your character as an actor in the movie, just login here and register your character, But hurry up only the first 300 accounts to register will be used".

Ofcourse it should be more detailed on the site.
It might be a awsome scam that will work.
I just dont know how to make a site like that and this is just what i have came up with in some minutes of thinking. Help me make this idea to a awsome scam.
