I only have one thing to say..
Hahaha, why would someone call to alter information on their deceased father's account? That seems like a bit of an extreme..
Ok, this is a simple trick I used to change th e-mail on an account I hacked and I only had the information visible on the account management page.
First you call blizzard and give them the phone number you're using, and any name. Then say that this account was your father's and something happened so that he can't play anymore (death, left you, etc), and ask if you can have the account e-mail changed. He will ask you for your secret answer, e-mail, and maybe some other things. You answer what you know and tell him you don't know the rest. In my case, he just asked me for the address and the names of 2 of the chars on the account, and then he changed the e-mail for me, and offered to change the address. I only changed the e-mail cus now I can change the other stuff myself. When I did it I said my father died and my voice was shakey, so maybe he felt bad and helped me. Some other people can try this and let me know how it works. Feel free to revise this if you find a better way. Thanks and hopefully I can get rid of leecher with this post.

hey, it worked for me
I never said it wouldn't work, I just think it'd be odd and somewhat silly for someone to say "hey, my dad died. I want his WoW account. Change e-mail, now.", heh.
from what the post says it doesnt seem like he made it that obvious.. gj though man +Rep

Why dont you just say your the person's step-dad(if your a guy)/step-mom (if your a woman) and tell them that you were having to ground your son/daughter off of WoW due to grades and was wanted to change the e-mail so he/she couldn't get the password you changed it to and play while you were at work?
