Both will get limited cuz paypal follows it's money.

Problem is that if you spend the money, then the person disputes it, you get a negative balance and owe that money to paypal. And they have the money to search you out.

can anyone give me any advice here? Everytime i do it i have been using australia paypals and i have a consistent proxy. Regardless i get limited everytime before i can buy anything. Earlier in the thread it said Canada no longer works, what country should we usE?
