This isn't really a scam, but a follow up after a scam. I have been scamming with the Spectral Mount scam and made 1000g in one night.
Now, my question, rather suggestion, is: Would Blizzard, if you bought items off of the AH with scammed gold, would they recall the gold, the item, and give the item back to seller?
Scenario:
1. I scam gold from someone
2. Send to main.
3. Do all that delete char/WTF/cache
4. Buy Enchanting mats off of AH with scammed gold.
5. Get someone to enchant your gear with mats.
My question again is, would Blizzard take away the enchant, strip it down to the enchant mats, give gold back to scammed guy, and give mats back to guy I bought the mats from on AH?
Seems like a lot of trouble for them, plus the involvement of another person not related to the scam.
So I guess what I'm saying is, I don't think Blizz would recall the gold you scammed if you bought mats, or anything for that matter, off of the AH.
Agreed they won't take specific items unless you send them to your main right away and stuff.
Or just send it to another scammed account you can keep and leave it in the mail for 29 days. What I normally do.
They can. When I scammed and sent it directly to my main that did it the way you are describing, they removed all enchants I had made with the stolen money and gave it back to the owner. However, I have got caught more than one time and this only happened once, usually they only remove the gold.
take a look at my sig theres a laundering guide
and no they don't retract mats unless it was a lot of gold but again take a look at my sig for future reference
or just ban you?
My staff is a good one!
