Scam/Launder: Sell gold, keep cash and gold, or Double yoru gold.

Disclaimer, nothing brand new here, just using multiple scams/techniques together to create a situation that should be nice. I'm a botter, not a scammer, but all the components are well tested so there is no reason this shouldn't work. I use this to insulate my farmers from the heat of a gold sale...

What you need:

1. Guildmaster account - An account with a guild which you control (I assume you can get this yourself) Preferrably you have not scammed or Botted or anything suspicious on this account.  (you can use a friends account for this to prevent having to own too many accounts yourself)

2. Farming account - An account which you have a reasonable amount of gold on, Scammed, botted whatever.  Read the Scams or Bots section to learn how to get this money, or *** earn it regularly *** Gasp!

3. Thief account - An account you don't mind losing (scammed, or legit, preferrably never logged onto from an IP that any of you or your friend's chars have every played from)

4. For ultimate safety a friend, or access to a WoW computer on a different IP.  Even better a way to mask your IP as being from China.

5. A willing gold buyer (sell to a company, less chance of having to fight back against other scammers)



What you will do:

1. SETUP ***** Guildmaster account - Set up your guild, let the people stay in the guild, make a guild bank, leave the people who you paid to help make the guild to stay, some will leave, but 1 or 2 will stay, make friends with them, like a real guild and everything.  Establish a record of your guildmaster not logging on for long periods of time.  Promote someone you trust to have the ability to give guild bank privleges.

2. PROVIDE THE TARGET ***** Farmer account - get the farmer account into guild, If you bot for the gold don't put the Bot into the guild, put an alt in, if the gold is tainted by scamming don't put it in until you are sure any investigation has blown over you don't want to taint your guild.  Get the gold to be sold into the guild bank.  

3. MARK THE TARGET ***** Thief account - (This account is played from a different IP if possible) Create a lower lev char, use that char and ask to be added to guild, since you are a friendly guild who doesn't really screen potential guildies, you of course let them in.  This guy is the "scout" he is looking for a guild to mark.

4. LINE UP THE PAWNS ***** Do the Guild bank scam from theif account, basically have your thief account make a char named (guildleadernamebank) and impersonate yourself (Guild leader or officer) to get yourself into the guild with bank priveleges.  

5. EXECUTE ***** "Steal" the guilds money, Gdisband, Make it look like you are a legitimate scammer and that you screwed the guild over.  

6. REAP THE REWARDS ***** Sell the gold to your prepared buyer {You did plan who to sell to right?} or send the gold to another safe account for holding or whatever you want to do with it.  

7. SCORCHED EARTH ***** Clean up your tracks.  Delete bank char, remake, Delete, Remake, Delete, Make trial account, Remake on Trial account, Delete, Remake on trial account again, and leave it there, forget about the trial account who cares about it.  This may help save your scam account for another day... it should put enough work in the process to stop GMS from finding the gold...  NOTE: no need to gquit with your scout char, only with the Fake bank char.

7. WTF HAPPENED??? ***** Guild account - log on 1 or 2 weeks later, make sure not to log on guild leader char for a period so that the scam account has time to sell the product, checks have time to clear, GMs have time to investigate the sale if they caught on to a sale.  Notice that the money is gone, bitch about scammers in guild etc.  make sure the guildies notice, this removes suspicion from you, be sure to bitch on your farmer account too because he donated most of the gold in the first place.

8. REFiLL THE COFFERS ***** //OPTIONAL\\ Ticket Gm your guild bank was scammed by an impostor, You want your money back, Maybe they find the gold and return it to you, maybe they just give you the gold back via reset.  This will most likely get your scam account caught, and it may end up taking the gold back from wherever you put it if they can track it, but you gave it a couple weeks so your check could clear the bank etc.  Now you have either 2x gold, or Cash + gold...



Why all this work???

1. ACCOUNT INSULATION ***** Your farm account is very loosly linked to the gold at this point, no reason to investigate where it came from should the sale of gold raise red flags, your farm account is safe from any consequenses or added scrutiny from selling the gold.

2. GOLD INSULATION ***** Your Farmed gold is safe from Blizz if they notice you Botting/Scamming, this will save the gold farmed from being banned along with the account should it get caught.  If you lose botted chars, your Guildmaster account can always give permission to a new farm account to get the gold back out.

3. EXTRA PROFITS ***** If you did step 8 previously you now have doubled your gold, or sold the gold and kept the gold to sell again.  PROFITS!!!

4. CONTROL, CONFUSE, DECIEVE ***** You never lost control of where the gold is going, you insulated all important accounts from the gold xfer, you involved many Witneses and red herrings into any potential investigation (other innocent guild members) who will point suspicion away from you.

I don't know how to do color or word wrap in HTML, I tried to play with it for a bit but after about 20 min I decided I had better stuff to do with my time, I figured 1 hour playing with this post was enough, and it got the point across.

If someone wants to teach me how to format html in a 5 to 10 min lesson I'll + rep them and add some more flavor to the post...
