IMO, Rogues are the best. Rogues offer a wide variety of play styles, though people may say otherwise. I was Assasination specced once, and just ran into mobs and spammed SS/Eviscerate. Died alot. Tried Subtlety, dagger. Ambush/SS/Eviscerate was p0wnage, but after that there wasn't much left for the other mobs around me. So, I'm now Combat specced. I use Cheap Shot/SS/Eviscerate, and it p0wns. I can do several mobs at a time now.

In WSG I p0wned at 29 (Combat specced). In 19 I got p0wned (Assasination specced).

I leveled a Paladin to 28 and got bored. I leveled a Lock to 7, and got bored. I leveled a Rogue to 20, and I was hooked. Still leveling it.

    But, that's just my opinion.

Luckily I got both of those classes on my account.. I would say that the rogue is the thing right now, but the lock isn't coming far behind!

Level a rogue, don't level it if you are a PvPer, hard to get a guild. But Rogues will always be a STRONG class even tho blizz boost/nerf them. (always new weapons, locks pets for example dont get affected by theyr items so much)

I'd say go with rogue. You have to be faster moving imo but it pays off with a stunlock or burst dps. warlocks end up hitting and running more often than not.
