Its a private server, you can tell from the beginning with the broom. So it could be either way.

Check your facts before claiming anything. You can get a broom as a level one at halloween. 0% speed increase.

You sir fail. Last Midsummer Fire Festival (When I got these) I did the entire quest DEAD with the only XP I had was spirit rezzing in front of Org. You see...when you are in party, and in range, with someone clicking the bonfires...you get quest credit. EVEN while dead. Quest XP is scaled, Therefor I only received something like 490 XP for turning it in.

To bad level only is only 400 xp. =(

And fiery gets resisted way to much -_-

Your not really fully twinked; u dont have nethercleft and imo agility is better to your weapon because you get a huge boost from it at lower levels ..my level 1 twink had 65% dodge and 34% crit
