Items that can be Intervened in BGs?

Hello OwnedCore!

I'm a level 80 Night Elf Warrior (Wotlk 3.3.5) on a private server! I've been playing warrior for 3 years now and I'm the best performing warrior in battlegrounds on that server.
Even so, I'd like to attain more skill and decided to open this thread.

I've been wondering for quite some time about intervenable items other than banners that can be set by myself and respectively intervened in order to survive. Currently I'm using only be banned, but it lasts only for 2 minutes and has a CD of 10 minutes making it useless for this feat. Dig rat doesn't work as it is viewed as a non-friendly target, it can be intercepted/charged but the item itself has only 1 charge, meaning that it can be used only once = useless. I tried jewecrafting figures, but they don't work as well.

I'm pretty sure that there are such items/friendly targets/quest items out there and I'd be grateful if you could provide me with useful information about such intervenable items.

I want to gamebreak.
