If you compare it with RMP is it much different? Because I really HATE playing priest in RMP, dunno why rlly.

    Btw what does peel means
Well of course it's not ONLY them - you doing assist dps on full kidney shots etc helps with a lot of kills.
But the faster you are on the important things, landing the right fears after cyclones, assist dps at the right times etc, the better your team will do - believe me a good priest can carry a lot of the faceroll of most WOTLK burst classes.

RMP is my favorite comp - you get to really play everything - defensive, offensive and dispelbot.
RMP is also where the priest can shine, you get a chance to really win or lose the match at various points - and the diversity and extreme CC of a RMP is insane when put together properly. I would go try it if you are bored with your current setup - definatly. Watch some movies, Hydra is ofc a good priest to watch, but his gameplay is not as offensive as some other priests - you should watch a lot on Warcraftmovies.com - just find all RMP movies about 4.50 rating and learn away

Peeling is simply when you get in trouble - if you get raped by 2 shadowmourne melee with a droolcup, peeling them off you means the rogue and feral druid going on them, slowing them, stunning them, cycloning and generally stopping them from killing you.
Peeling is important in a setup where your only real cc requires the druid to make himself vulnerable - if your partners can't peel, you will not succeed with that setup

The druid was currently inactive now and we started to play RMP actually today. It went really good, went from 1,5k MMR--->1750 MMR in like 7 games and it was a lot of "peeling" in that comp.
I don't really know why I hated to play RMP perhaps because (only played it as rogue) we didn't know what to do, but this mage we play with atm is very good at what he does. Maybe the mage is the big key to RMP comps. But I don't see how I can be so offensive in RMP, since I need to dispell or heal almost all the time. Need to keep rogue/mage free from sheeps/frozen/dots(not UA:P), not dps so much.

Ofc I watch movies, not only for learning but also for fun.

Depending on HOW good your mage actually is, you should be able to assist dps whenever there's kidneyshot or deepfreeze (whatever you use) up.
I often leave my partners on whatever % they're on when there's room to dps - a shield keeps em alive for long
    Good luck with it

How would you fight a good Protection Paladin?

My friend is one and my other friend is a Shadow Priest and he never does very well against the pally friend.

His Eye for an Eye talent (40% chance to reflect 30% damage of spells), Resis Aura and self-heals are too much
