Hey guys.. new problems!.. i had got better gear and new healer. But now we are stuck at the 1550-1650 rating. with the 50% win rate. and its really annoying. we played to the rating as i were Destro. but now it seems like every team is kiting us endless and we cant really cordinate a kill. i tryed as affli ( wich i have been told is good in the LSD setup too). but then it feels like the sham is just jumping around waiting for my dots to bring a target low.?... I need some tips for both destro and affli.. mainly how we setup up a burst on a target when im affli?... Thanks

That's the problem. You're affliction.

Affliction is a very powerful spec, but for LSD. There's no reason not to be destruction. Ele shaman/Destro warlock synergy is insane.
Your main goal is to setup your burst.

IE : Shadowfury their team, this gives you time to immolate your kill target and holds them still for either your druid or your shaman to Hex or Cyclone the target.
After Cyclonex3 is on diminishing return, your shaman will hex, and then you will fear after hex is over. All while you and shaman are blasting away at your kill target.

You're going to have to repeat that process a few times because of trinkets and various other cooldowns and getting interrupted and stunned.
But into the 2-3 minute mark of the match, if you haven't already globaled them, you'll be able to shut out their healer for a good 30 seconds without them being to escape any cc.

Since an average player has between 30-40k health, that means between you and your entire team you only need to do 333 DPS to score a kill.

LSD's strongest point is in its ability to CC anything for a retarded amount of time, switch targets easily, and just have constant and amazing burst all the time, meaning their team can never play too aggressively because they're always on the defensive.

Thanks Calibri. But what stats should i go for?. ( I don't have acces to pve gear at all).. I have 600+ haste and 2.9k sp ( without armor) and 22% crit.. got the haste off-parts for Affli. but should i start switching them for crit for Destro instead?...

ive been pvping as an affliction warlock for about 4 years now and i must say, non dmg dots go a long way. Curse of Weakness works extremely well if you are dealing with pesky warriors or rogues(if you can get them before they stunlock you). I use curse of tongues for mana users, decreasing cast time is very useful. with these dots up you can blast them down with corruption haunt and ua. the best way to get your first two insta dots is to insta HoT and cast like crazy, after you get the dots on and hopefully your other 2 cast time dots, use drainlife until they are to 50% then switch to drainsoul. this strat usually works well for me, warriors are useless if they have CoW.
