Firework launcher not working?

Hi guys,

I recently started a server (I use AC-Web with Hamachi) and today I took some time to experiment with it. I downloaded the Megapack and got started.

I saw an item named Firework Launcher. After some googling, I found out it was an item from the Lunar event in 2006 (or so...). But, I just can't seem to find a way to launch it... I add myself some fireworks, and drop them, but it always keeps saying "Requires %s". However, I am literally standing on the launcher... I tried various things like getting my engineering up and making it myself, but it had the same effect. I even got the original recipes for everything (even the rockets) but it won't work...

The cluster launcher doesn't work either: when I'm near one, I can drop my cluster firework, and I'm seeing a status bar of the fireworks, but after 5 seconds it dissapears...

Oh, whenever I hover (with my mouse) over the cluster launcher, i don't get anything. With the firework launcher, my cursor turns into a hand with flowers, but I can't do anything (I know, it's cause it ain't loaded, but yeah... loading it doesn't work...).

I am aware of the fireworks code, but that only gives me 1, and only at 1 location. I would like to activate the launcher afterall


If I posted this wrong, sorry, I don't have a real clue where to post it. It has something to do with items, but then again, also with server Emulation. Maybe this item doesn't work anymore... that's why I didn't post it on ac-web.org yet.
