    pre-paid cc questions?

    i have a prepaid credt card like i said earlier i was wondering can i add money on it through paypal since its good on paypal. and can i use it at a atm to get it in cash

    o and im sellin account and we are going to be over phone can someone tel me safest way not to get ripped off since i know u ccn recall money or something
