These are some chat logs from someone of the unofficial Customer Service forum IRC who knows as much as me and posts on the CSF constantly. I heavily censored them so as not to reveal them.

<Censored1> i didnt feel like logging into the forums so: No, blizzard has never had a call center anywhere other than irvine or austin (US wise, anyway).

Oh, and yes, I am acquaintances with someone who frequently has direct email contact with an ex-senior GM. But please don't PM me asking me to ask him/tell him things. I'm not. And don't ask who Censored2 is or who GM 4 is, either.

I'll wait for GM 4 to respond. If a senior GM (GM 4), someone who's been with Blizzard for years, and is still with Blizzard says there was never a call center in Miami, then I guarantee you that there was never a call center in Miami.
