Account closure question?

My account was recently Closed for using a bot that was used after my account got keylogged. For some reason I did not get a email from blizz saying why it was closed, Is there a way to get it unclosed I really hope there is, can anything be done?

Well, of course there is.

But I think the bigger problem is that you didn't receive an email.

Your email might be accidentally filtering their emails.

Go to the WoW Customer Service forum and ask about it. It's on the main WoW forums.

Generally they can prove these things weren't your fault. I had an account once that was hacked and used as a bot. I contacted bliz and they checked my story, found it was true then asked me to fill out some form and send in a picture of my drivers lisence. Had my account back in a couple days.
