Im guessing that this part means that they have temp-banned your account while investigating it. If they then decide to, they can perma-ban it.

But from what the text says, it's not perma-banned yet, just temp-banned waiting for investigation.

Haha, I was about to post the same thing. But, lots of people do not speak English well here, so I suppose I can see how he doesn't understand it.

Basically, usually it says that after they suspend you for 72 hours and then carry on with the investigation and decide whether or not to just keep you at 72 hours or to move on up to a permanent account closure.

So, basically, it means they're deciding whether or not to close your account.
