    [GM Help] what sould i say? :>

    The Sad Story:



    oke i first brougth a "Vengeful Gladiator's Bonecracker"

    and then somebody in the guild chat sad: Zomg only skilled rogues plays mutilate
    1st ticket:
    co i changed to a mutilatisor... played it for 3 hours, AND totaly hated it...
    well yes i enchanted it...
    2th. ticket
    well i sad that my brother went on my acc. and did it. he sad that my acc is shared
    i got a WARRNING, and didnt get the Mace back.
    3rd ticket
    made the TIRD ticket saying " i changed my mind" he sad: you cant change your mind, you have to missclick it or not notic it...
    4th ticket
    so made the FORTH ticket saying that i missclicket it and Got the arena points back
    but not the enchant....

    well next day
    1st ticket, second day
    i told him that i didnt get my enchant swaping items. he sad its my own responsibility for wanting to swaap the item, and i wont get it back...


    well am about to make the Second ticket...

    what sould i say? :>? am running out of ideas!

    need some help.


    and btw: he didnt say to me that am goin to lose the enchant...

    Never mind got suspended in 3hours cuz of this >_>








    Type of violation: Abuse of the ticket system
    Details of incident: Trying to manipulate a game master to restore an item that you where not eintitled to.
    Consequences for account: Warning placed on account and account suspended for 3 hours.

It is with regret that we take this type of action; however, it is in the best interests of the World of Warcraft community as a whole and for the integrity of the game.     Stop using the ticket system for so obvious things, and even after they tell you they can't restore enchants you still bother them..
