I am offering my services as a "WoW lawyer", to help with anything regarding Blizzard policy in World of Warcraft and the expansion. I am very well read on the ToU and EULA, know just about every important blue post there is, and I know a lot about how Blizzard works and how they do what they do. I do not practice law in real life, I apply the term "lawyer" here because I am essentially defending people who tend to get themselves into trouble with the "law" (Blizzard) a lot. If it helps any, my father in real life is actually a well-respected criminal defense lawyer.

Since the users of this message board are obviously interested in the trading and powerleveling of WoW accounts, it's clear that a lot of people get banned around here.

Let's say you get banned for powerleveling. You want your account back and want to appeal the ban. In real life, appealing things is much easier when you have a lawyer at your side. I will help you step-by-step and show you what you can do to appeal the ban and the best way you can go about appealing the ban.

This is not like those "get your account unbanned 100% working" threads that just give some generic thing like "Blizzard please believe me someone definitely hacked my account I was away on vacation with my kids". While in rare cases this MIGHT work, depending on the circumstances, it's really, really rare. I, on the other hand, will personally help you and actually write a story that fits your situation to get you unbanned.

So, what I'm saying is that no way am I promising that you will get your bans overturned if you get help from me. I am saying that you will have a much, much higher chance of receiving an overturned ban.

Why talk to me instead of just appealing the ban yourself? Well, chances are, you're not 100% sure what to say to Blizzard. It's just like in real life. When someone is charged with a crime, it can be quite difficult to try to defend themselves. But, with a lawyer, defending yourself can be much smoother, easier, and increase your chances of winning the case. I have gotten accounts unbanned before, and I have a few tricks up my sleeve that can tip the scales in your favor. I know pretty much anything any non-Blizzard employee can know about how Blizzard investigates things, and I know just the right things to do and say to help your case.

I currently have a 100% overturn rate. Meaning, every single person who has ever come to me has either gotten their account unbanned or gotten it to a point where you have to fax in ID to unlock it, which is essentially being unbanned.

But, none of these people were grateful for my help. I typed up entire stories to help them out and they just sort of...don't seem to care that I helped them.

Typing stories to fit every particular person's ban situation can be a pain. A HUGE pain. It can take lots of time and work.

Because of this, I am now charging money for my services. Simple advice is free, complicated advice may require a small fee, and I'll charge more for account unbans.

Sorry if this seems harsh, but now a lot of people are IMing me and I realize I can make some money off of my services.

And I'm not just good at getting accounts unbanned. Seek my advice if you have any question on:

-How Blizzard bans.
-Why Blizzard bans.
-How the penalty volcano works in detail.
-How final warnings work in detail.
-If something is potentially bannable.
-If something that is potentially bannable could possibly be done with a lower chance of getting banned.
-How Warden works.
-What Warden can do/see.
-If I go away for a minute in AV, will I get banned?
-What actually constitutes "participation" in AV?
-If I go AFK for a whole round, will I get banned?
-How does Blizzard see if you're participating or not?
-Are there any unsaid things about this policy?
-Anything to do with World of Warcraft policy.

If your account was banned for the use of 3rd party programs, then please read this before contacting me. I can only help you out with 3rd party bans (speed hacking, gliding, MountainClimber, etc.) if it was not you who was using the program.

Meaning, if you hired an honor leveler or power leveler and they were using a bot. Or if a friend logged on the account and used a bot. If you are the only one who uses your account, and if you were the one who did the botting/speed hacking/whatever, then I'm sorry to say that I cannot help you.


It would also be extremely helpful if you were fluent in English. I know that not everyone is American. Actually, I know that a lot of people here are European. If you're not American, I can still help you. Blizzard policy is identical for all game versions (US, EU, CN, etc.) and all policy is interpreted the same way by Blizzard in all versions of the game. I'm just saying that if you have trouble speaking English, I may not fully understand you and I may not be able to help you.

It's not like I just read the ToU and EULA one day and suddenly learned everything. While I have carefully gone through both of these documents, I actually get a lot of my info and "policy street smarts" from the WoW Customer Service forum.
