i havent got aim, but i've got a quick question.

well a friend of mine got an account about 1-2 years ago from a friend (ingame), who also got the account from another one.

2 weeks ago his account got hacked. luckily he scammed the account back with some programm, but he lost almost 2k gold. he wanted the gold back so he asked blizzard.
but blizzard closed the account and now asking for adress, fullname, secret question, and cd key OR a copy of personal papers.

now, my friend hasnt got any of those (there is a chance that he'll get the adress and fullname, but just a chance.)
Is there any chance he can get his account back by writing somekind of a story?

btw, forgot to mention: bc he owned himself so he got the bruning crusade key. oh yeah and EU

Unfortunately, if an account is locked and they do not have the proper information and do not have the correct ID, there is no way to get it unlocked. The only thing he can do is try to convince the OO to do it. Sorry.
