What needs to be done in order to safely get it to work?
Where's the catch?
ex. "you changed your last name 2 days ago on the second account to match the first, here's your ban"
Anyone has been penalised by Blizzard?

p.s. of course I'm talking about a bought account -> main account character transfer.

Well he said it was a bought account witch would be breaking the TOS...
Your best bet is to ask the WoW Lawyer... He will know, im sure of it
