I have managed to hack into an account with a level 70...if i transfered her char to my account would i be banned?

You cant unless some how the name on your account is the same as hers.

Create a new account but use the same persons name on the new account,

then you can transfer the charachters, and only you will have the info.

Although there is the chance the account could be banned and you would be

out of some money. So you have to decide if w/e she has is worth gambling

a little real life $$$. I say go for it never know till you try.

Wow. I'd first have to say that you should "manage" to lvl your own toons to 70, and not resort to ruining someone else's account. And, would also hope that the "hack" is reported, and Blizz checks the last IP that logged into that account, and monitors which other accounts you log in to, and bans all of them, except for the poor sap whose account you hijacked. That's just IMO, though. I could be wrong.

Maq.. Some people don't believe takeing accounts is all right, but please just keep it to urself. Anyways yea they can track you. Just keep the account you should be alright unless they guy u stole it from is rly smart.
