Skinning and Mining if u wanna make money :P

You can make armor kits with LWing, and mats for said kits with Skinning. Or you can go Skinning and Mining and you'll have mats for practically everything, except enchants, and you can sell off extras for enchant money or child support.

Off topic: Don't be a NElf Hunter, noobest combo in the game. Draenei > All IMO.
