Help Patching ~ Model editing ;(

This is the error I'm getting when installing the patch, what will I have to do to fix it?

The patch "MPQs-1\UpdateBaseline\Data#common.MPQ\CHARACTER\Troll\Male\TrollMale.m2~Patch(Data#mo del,165356" could not be applied. (Invalid source file size: expected 2933408, actual 3591008.) If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. Well, I've tried, I removed the /data/character/troll/male/trollmale/ folder thing... but no luck :-\

Is there a certain file or what...?

why did you remove it?
sounds like you edited the original MPQ, which is really bad.
reinstall wow or ask someone to upload the original file.

next time do your edits in custom files and leave the original files like they are
