glider key mapping help

i looked at flying piggy's key mapping guide and would like to use it but the guy who posted to key mappings for the latest version posted it as http://samfoot.co.uk/piggysnewgliderkeys.xml which just links me to a page rather then a nice .xml file. What do i do with the page i get linked to to turn it into a .xml file and use it with glider? :S

Okay, 1st of all, why did you say bumpadoodle? And I really don't
know how to do anything with Glider because I don't really find it
that safe, but I'm sure someone else would be able to help you and
do anything related to Glider.
