Forgive me for my severe lack of knowledge regarding take down inquiries and copyright on youtube. But, isn't a video in which you put your own commentary over fair-use in most cases?
Deciding if Video is Fair Use

Nah, it can't fall under fair-use and to be honest youtube don't really care about it.
Consider any game footage you record to be copyrighted unless it's a really short clip of it.
It's kind of a grey area but I don't recommend going to court against multi-millions dollar company.

Honestly, I'd just remove those videos if it were me. Better no one gets it than Blizzard gets money from it. If out of principle more than anything.

Personal opinion: Don't remove them. You can now brag about how you are working FOR Blizzard
