Blizzard is taking awhile?

Hey guys, I submitted a ticket to blizzard about a problem ... it has been 2 days and a half and they still haven't responded. Anyone know why they are taking forever? Usually it takes them about 6-10 hours.

My tickets always took more then 4 days. They reduced their workers i think.

use the live chat system, usually takes about 10 minutes depending on the category, just choose a category that has nothing to do with your topic and ask them your real question on the live chat.

Yeah i have 6 days for far on my ticket and it still hasn't been responded.

High traffic with the new patch I'd say. Made a ticket and got 5 day+ wait time. This is what most can expect during pre-patch and WoD release.
