WoW Recording!

Hello, i would like to ask if someone is able to upload or tell a link or just a name of a Recording program, that's able to record when you're playing WoW (For long periods, cause you never know when you do some nice things). And doesn't kill your Harddisk like Fraps would do if you recorded for like 1 hour in a row.
I heard about GameCam but i aint sure about that yet. I need to recommendations. Thanks

this would be cool i run fraps and i have 2 gigs and it just lags everything
