    What to do when you get scammed buying gold?

    I was in a hurry and didn't make sure that the gold seller had proper feedback. Conversation was on skype and I got scammed about $40. I opened a dispute on paypal. Is there anything else I can do? what are the chances of getting the money back? and how do I properly report them so that nobody else gets scammed?
