Is it a user error if you have an old version of bfa installed and when trying to update "--repair" seems to only start the bnet app and shows no progress bar and "--install" half an hour later gives "you cannot install this game yet" like a permission error?
All instances of agent, bnet, bnet helper and survey were terminated each time before trying.
