Transfering character question

I have 2 accounts same last name on battle.net i want to xfer my warlock that has all my t3 stuff to my other account so it gets it as well

Will i lose it on my main account?

if thats the case how do shell accounts work? I see people selling them all the time with t3/challenge mode stuff ect just curious

You won't lose the transmogs on your main account. They are locked to the appearance tab. If the Warlock has the gear in their inventory somewhere you'll be able to move those appearances to a secondary account, but nothing else from your main account will transfer over unless it's in the Warlock's inventory.

Does this sort of thing work with mounts as well?

If the mounts are character-specific (i.e. achievements, PvP, and some reputation related ones) they will over into a new account. This won't affect the main account much since other characters wouldn't have been able to use those mounts anyway, at least in the case of PvP related ones.
