Okay, so I'm going to put this very plainly so you can understand this.
You are ****ed.
You tried to use stolen credit cards, and now Blizzard has locked your account. They have EVERY right to do this. Saying "since they did not go through they do not have the right just to lock my account?" is honestly the dumbest thing I have read in a very long time. This is Blizzard's game. You know that ToS you agreed to but didn't read when you started playing WoW? Yeah, it says that they can lock your account at any time for any reason at their discretion.
Yes i do understand that. though i dont think i broke any ToS rules.
Obviously you did. Using a stolen credit card is pretty bad, especially using 5 of them. Even if they didn't work, and even if you didn't know they were stolen, it doesn't matter. Blizzard isn't out to just randomly get you, they are going to lock/ban for a reason.
EDIT: Not sure what you're wanting from us. The only thing you can do is try an unban service, but even then it's highly unlikely since your account isn't really banned. There's a good chance you should say goodbye to that account.
Ok, if I go to Amazon and try to buy something and it fails, they will have me try another card. If that fails, they will probably give me one more shot to enter another credit card. If I try a 3rd time then this is hella suspicious of fraudulent activity. Every online retailer in the world will red flag and suspend any account that attempts to do this. You did it, of all places, with Battle.net, of which is constantly bombarded with stolen information from people trying to hack accounts, sell gold, or whatever. I am sure Blizz has an even more robust system in place.
Well, you say you tried like 5+ credit cards. You are royally screwed. Not only is it 100% scummy to use stolen credit card info in the first place, it is even dumber to use it on an account you apparently care about because in any credit card dispute, it can easily be connected to this purchase and be traced to you. How brilliant!
This just reeks of being desperate to play the game so you just said "screw it" and tried anyway, then got your account locked and are having serious regrets. Your only chance of getting out of this is to say something along the lines of you being hacked and it wasn't you trying to reactivate the account, which means you have to play dumb that there was multiple attempts in the first place. I mean, it would be so easy to know it was you and not someone that compromised your PC based on your responses, and since it sounds like you already tried to contact them, you are double screwed.
On a positive note here, what we get out of this is a life lesson that hopefully you will be self aware enough to learn from. Forget about this account and move on. It is not going to be easy, but as the days go on, it will become easier and easier.

The thing is people keeps saying the cards are stolen, i really have and had no idea that they are stolen. One of my friends i met online were willing to help me buy something after i did some editing for him. since he kept posting new cards i stopped using them since i dont condone fraud.
I just want to hear what can be done. since my account isnt banned but locked.

Look dude. We're trying to be patient with you and give you a realistic answer but you just keep refusing to listen to what we have to say. It does not matter that you did not know the cards were stolen. There is nothing you can do about the account now. Like sklug said you MIGHT be able to get it unlocked by claiming you were hacked, but this is extremely unlikely to work. You are not getting that account back.

The best I could suggest would be to call (not live-chat) their customer support and explain your situation with the following explanations. I'm not by any means a "recovery service" but I've worked enough jobs to know how these things work to an extent.
You received what you were led to believe were unused credit card gift cards from mail in rebates.
You were informed that some only had a little amount of money left and others might have like $25.00 (some number higher than the cost of tokens)
When the cards did not work you threw them away assuming they were empty (this helps to explain why you do not have them in your posession)
You did not intend on doing anything wrong and have been playing and loving Blizzard's games for XXX years.(XXX How long have you played blizzard's games?)
You would greatly appreciate any investigation they could perform or assistance they could provide and you fully understand if there is nothing more that can be done.
Let me follow up with three very important rules. If you break even one of these rules just don't even bother.
#1 Be overly kind and courteous to whichever person you speak with. If you at any time get irritated, angry and especially swear at them you will ruin your chances.
#2 Use sir or ma'am, please and thank you EVERY TIME. If they ask you if they can put you on hold you tell them it is no problem and you appreciate their help. If you have to sit in queue for 3 hours before speaking to anyone, you compliment them on their hold music and tell them that you know their job must be rough and you don't mind because you know they will do their best.
#3 Regardless of what it looks like your outcome might be, you thank them for their time and for all of their assistance. If they tell you that you can't do anything else about it, you ask if there is a supervisor you can speak with. If yes, great, if no, too bad. Again, thank them for their time and assistance (even if they don't fix it).
--- Repeat steps 1 and 2 until issue resolved --
You could make up a crazy story about how you leave your computer logged in and your friend must have tried to use a credit card ~blah blah blah blah~ but really, whats the point? They see right through that junk.

Best of luck but you're probably boned.
I really appretaite your guidense, also do you think it could work by social engineering, maybe pretending to be downsyndrome or anything like that.?
And Also i did not try to subscribe from it, i tryied to buy a Wow token, but it never worked. i used all the cards in my name.
You used the Cards in your name? Yep thats classed as fraud as the card number will be linked at the bank with someone elses name. Unless they were pre-paid credit cards. So what type of cards were they as this will give people the correct information to try to help you.

I really have no idea, i think they were just normal credit cards.
