Unable to login to an account that was purchased 1 month ago, what can I do?

So I bought this account from an account seller who gave me all the information about the original owner such as SQA and full name.

Suddenly today I can't login to the account anymore, even the email was apparently changed since BNet can not find an account with my email.

Does stuff like this happen often? What are the chances that it's Blizzard who took control of the account or I was actually scammed?

Should I contact Blizzard about this? Really need some help, thanks.

sounds like a scam to me. but then again it could have been taken back by the original owner.

After tracking back to the origin owner, I am pretty sure he just took back the account from Blizzard after selling it.
What can I do now? Just take the loss?

I believe you have no rights in this case seeing as buying accounts is against the blizzard TOS so even if he scammed you, you don't have much of a leg to stand on... It's be like trying to sue your drug dealer for giving you sugar instead of cocaine

How did you buy it, paypal? If you think you have scammed then open a dispute and try and claim back your money. From blizzs standpoint though, the account wasnt yours in the first place so nothing you can really do.
