Nice and simple. Just log onto a Horde and Alliance character between the 25th of May and 1st of August! The items will be in your mailbox.

Alliance: Replica Lion's Fang (1h Sword) & Replica Lion's Heart (Shield)
Horde: Replica Staff of Gul'dan (Staff) & Replica Blood Guard's Cleaver (1h Axe)

Note: The items ARE Battle.net Account Bound, so you can mail them around to your alts to transmog them as you wish.
