How the hell do I get a GM to talk to me lately menu

    How the hell do I get a GM to talk to me lately

    Ok when I submit my tickets, even if I am online they just respond and I dont have the ''greetings A GM would like to talk to you'' window thingy. Which isnt helping because I want to explain the problem in person. Its been going on for about 6-7 last tickets.

    That's the actual system that will allow you to talk to someone. Say something in there and a GM should answer you eventually and then you can tell your full story. Keep in mind your wait time could be VERY long if you're too vague about the issue in the ticket.

    What I always do is:

    - Go to the support page (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/hel...1/187/solution)
    - Open a ticket that allows Live chat. I always choose Account management, Issue not listed here.
    - Even though your issue is not at all about account management, they are always able to help me no matter the topic.
    - The wait time is usually less than 10 minutes for me if not instant.
    - You´ll now have a live Blizzard employee chatting with you.
