If they send you automated messages, try to call them.
And while you speak to them, always be nice/friendly, very respectful & maybe feel a bit guilty.
Also in my experience, not regarding WoW but in general, try to speak with a female employee.

I remember trying to get one of my old accounts unbanned, i wrote a long ticket about how i was sorry, laying it on thick and tried my best to get them to feel sorry for me. I must of hit a nerve somewhere because i got a heart felt reply and it was signed off with i'm so sorry and a female name, instead of a generic gm whoever.

They still didnt unban me, but i actually felt like she had took the time to reply and her hands were tied so she couldnt.

I ended up getting unbanned anyway from that exploit that was around for a little while, then rebanned 2 weeks later in the pqr banwave :P

A lawyer will not be able to help you at all.

If you were banned for the profession hack that resulted in a banwave with everyone who used it banned then you are not going to get unbanned by pretending you didn't. Your best bet is to call them or write a letter explaining your guilt and that you know you did wrong. Mention the age of the account and how long previously you were a good costumer and that you didn't realize using the thing would be such a big offense. There is a small chance that they might unban you or give you a 6 month ban instead. You'll have to try your luck with support but that's pretty much all you can do.

Lol funny story, I bet she followed your account and was one of the big pushers in the office to make your account unbanned, probably sent it to higher ups to have another look explaining she believed you and then saw you got banned again 2 weeks later in another offense and was like; This m..fker right now... Haha

My lovely main account was banned almost a year ago, i used some profession hack that i found on this forum - not that it matters. Now i' curious, is there ANY way to get my account unbanned? I sent a few tickets to Blizzard during the days after the ban (Blizzard kept sending automated messages back), and people told me it was better to wait a few months? Now i'm pretty sure it's almost a year ago. The account is priceless to me. Any suggestions are welcome :confused:

I had my account banned 9 years ago for 9 years i tried getting it unbanned at least 100 tickets / emails sent around 40 phone calls over the years and multiple investigations into the account never admit to anything regardless if you did or not if they start cancelling your tickets like they did to me persist and keep sending them if they keep doing it after multiple tickets call them and speak to them

Good tip is to speak to the Europeans on the phone as opposed to the americans i find american people to be more stubborn / ignorant (No offence to any american users) where as europeans seem to be more chilled and relaxed and open minded to helping

After 9 years of pesistance and a nice european on the phone my account was unbanned i had never cheated or hacked or anything


Don't let anyone on forums tell you that you have 0% chance speak to sephirofl and buy a life time service and just keep mailing if u want it back that bad however if its just a useless bot account not worth effort

RAOV did what on purpose? Release an awesome exploit? If it's an exploit of that caliber you will be banned, don't use it if you don't want to face the consequences, it's not that damn hard of a concept to grasp.

I did the same thing on my old main account started on vanilla and banned on pandaria. after years sending tickets they banned my second account on the bnet for ticket spam....

I thought they weren't well thought of over an xp exploit issue..

And released that profession wpe magic everywhere they could as a sort of test of the magnitude of bans for such things

we released it because we wanted Blizzard to focus on that instead of a dupe we were running. We had no intention of banning people, but also had no idea people would be dumb enough to try it on their main accounts.
