[temp ban] 72h ban for "ingame activity against tos" how to find out more?

I was just melting some ore, tabbed out, tabbed back in and got dc'ed. After trying to log back in I saw the message that a temp ban landed. No idea for what reason. I use EWT but that really cant be detected since I dont use it outdoors, only in instances. The other part was looting max 15 times the recent gold exploit with the chests in townlong steppes, not more since it bored me

How do I find out for what exact reason the ban happened? Talk to the customer service in chat?

it was the chest exploit that got you banned. Be thankful u only got 72 hr and not 6 months or perma.
