"theramore phasing" inspired: Possible to enter phased/empty zones for all regions?

The thread http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...e-phasing.html (and theramore phasing) inspired me to go a little further with this, since we also have the option with disconnecting/offline-mode to apparently get certain rare world drop mount on server-reset (never did it myself), it is known that several phased zones exist.

When we go back to early ashran, individuals found ways to phase into an empty ashran and fish nodes in there. In the theramore thread was mentioned that all rares were up in this region (only?). How about this is possibly for other- or actually all zones out there? That you can reach a phased zone, a complete copy of that zone, like all CRZs are, and get all the rare mobs/mounts you want, without them being touched by any other players yet.

This surely is possible, but how to extend it to lets say icecrown with the time-lost prot or shadowmoon valley for the voidtalon? Empty zones with no other players, but all mobs and NPCs in them. Can you help?
